We’re proud to announce that Dr. Roxanne Pearson, Principal at Wilckens STEAM Academy at Hillcrest, has earned the 2024-25 Outstanding Project Lead The Way (PLTW) Administrator Award.
We’re proud to announce that Dr. Roxanne Pearson, Principal at Wilckens STEAM Academy at Hillcrest, has earned the 2024-25 Outstanding Project Lead The Way (PLTW) Administrator Award for her commitment to providing our students with meaningful learning experiences. She is among only 27 administrators nation-wide to earn this honor.
PLTW equips Pre-K-12 students for a STEM-driven world with teacher-empowered curriculum in computer science, engineering, biomedical science, and more. PLTW is a central part of STEAM's project-based learning, helping students flourish as champions of their own learning.
