SRSN Dashboard
BSD #124 is joining school districts across Missouri to design a better way for each student to engage in meaningful learning, demonstrate individual growth and prepare for future success. This dashboard page, created in collaboration with the state-wide Success-Ready Students Network (SRSN) effort, consolidates the qualitative and quantitative data that helps BSD #124 assess how our students are achieving personal excellence. Beyond a single end-of-year exam, these data more effectively measure High School Readiness by benchmarked growth throughout a grade 3-8 student's academic year, and College & Career Readiness by a high school student's acquisition of real-world learning experiences, certifications and skills.

College & Career Readiness
Market Value Assets
The Belton School District measures College & Career Readiness through the high school student's acquisition of Market Value Assets (MVAs), which are real-world learning experiences or certifications acquired as part of Belton High School's The Academies of Belton. MVAs are recognized by employers, colleges and community partners and serve as a powerful bridge from classroom learning to future opportunities.
Types of MVAs: Industry-recognized Credential, Internship, Client Connected Project, Entrepreneurial Experience and College Credit.
Starting with the class of 2029, all Belton High School students must earn at least one MVA as a graduation requirement.

Graduation Rates
The student graduation rate is calculated based on the number of students who meet the graduation requirement of 24 credits within a four-year period.
