Upcoming Events

Dear Kentucky Trail Family,

  • Welcome to the 2022-2023 school year! We are excited to see everyone at the Back to School Night at Kentucky Trail Elementary School from 5-7 PM on Thursday, August 18, 2022. Students and families are welcome to come in, meet their teacher, and explore their classroom. Feel free to bring school supplies so that backpacks will be lighter on the first day of school, Monday, August 22, 2022.

If your child is a Kindergarten student or new to bringing their lunch from home, you may want to encourage them to practice opening their lunch containers, juice boxes, etc. Go over what you want them to throw away at the end of the lunch period.

Breakfast will be free to all students this year. We strongly encourage all families to apply for free/reduced benefits by filling out the form as additional benefits are provided based on lunch status.

We want to ensure that your child always receives the correct mode of transportation. In order to accommodate any changes that may be made to your child’s transportation for that day, we ask that you notify us before 2:30pm so that we can relay the information on to your child’s teacher. You can email us at or provide a handwritten note.

Please help us in welcoming a few new staff members to Kentucky Trail Elementary!

    • Megan Agnor- Assistant Principal
    • Jillian Shumway- Nurse
    • Holly Kober- 2nd Grade
