The And Justice For All poster and the Federal Relay poster must be displayed whenever and wherever students are consuming Summer Food Service Program meals.  If staff take students on a field trip, both of these posters must be displayed. 

 

The Daily Meal Count form must be used to account for all meals given to Summer Food Service Program participants.  Staff must have this form and fill it out completely and accurately when planning and going on a field trip.  The form must then be turned in promptly to the Food Service Department.
