Special Education Plan
Copies of the Belton School District Compliance Plan for Public Law 94-142, Individuals with Disability Education Act, 1997, developed as required by federal law, is available for perusal by any patron of the Belton School District.The Compliance Plan may be reviewed at the Board of Education offices, 110 W. Walnut, any school day between the hours of 8-4 p.m. Each school building principal and counseling office also has a copy of the Compliance Plan.
